● 2 flat Swedish bread
● 4 slices smoked salmon
● Juice of 1 lemon
● Freshly chopped dill weed
● 2 tablespoons cream cheese
● 2 tablespoons yogurt
● 1 teaspoons pepper
Preparation
Prepare these small bites shortly before serving so that the bread does not become soggy.
1. Marinate the salmon smoked in the lemon juice with some of the dill for at least half an hour.
2. Combine cream cheese, yogurt, the remaining chopped dill and white pepper. Spread this mixture onto the Swedish bread. Add the slices of smoked salmon and roll up tightly.
3. Cut into small bite size sections and secure rolls with toothpicks for serving.
