for 2 people.
● 2 chicken breasts cut into strips
● 1 tablespoon cornstarch
● 1 tablespoon olive oil
● 1 chicken broth cube dissolved in 4 tablespoons of water
● 1 shallot
● 1 clove garlic
● ½ a red pepper
● 2 tablespoons finely chopped cabbage
● 3 tablespoons cashew nuts
● 2 tablespoons soy sauce
● 1 tablespoon brown sugar
● 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
● 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Preparation
1. In a skillet, sauté the chicken previously coated with cornstarch in the olive oil. Add the chicken stock. Set aside when cooked.
2. In the same pan, sauté shallot, garlic, pepper, cabbage and cashew nuts. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar and sesame oil. Add chicken and stir. Serve with rice or Chinese noodles.
