● 1 ripe muskmelon
● 10 centiliters / 4 ounces Sauternes
● 2 slices Serrano ham
● 1 pinch pepper
Preparation
1. Cut the melon in half and remove seeds. Place on serving plates.
2. Pour 5 centiliters / 2 ounces of Sauternes in each half-melon. Sprinkle a small pinch of pepper and serve with a slice of Serrano ham.
