Sorbet Express

● 1 large can of peaches in syrup
● 8 ounces/25 cl of multifruit juice
● 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together. Place in ice cream maker and turn on appliance. For best results, leave the ice cream maker in a cool location for at least two hours. 

If you do not have have an ice cream maker, place the mixture prepared in two or three plastic containers. Dividing the mixture into smaller batches minimizes the formation of crystals. After two hours in the freezer, mix again. Return the containers to the freezer and repeat one, two or three more times.
