As a great lover of Ch\u00e2teau Coutet\u2019s wines, Luc reserves the first Grand Cru Class\u00e9 for special occasions. However, the estate\u2019s Second Wine , La Chartreuse de Coutet is often on his table. The 2009 vintage is his favorite of the moment.<\/p>\n<p>When it comes to food, he likes to pair Barsac with pan-fried foie gras or Fourme d&#8217;Ambert (blue cheese).<\/p>\n<p>Many great moments have staked Luc\u2019s career at Ch\u00e2teau Coutet.
