A polished, slightly burnished and convincing hue in the glass precedes an expressive nose, full toasted citrus fruits, sweetly grilled yellow plum, vanilla and elderflower. There is true sense of balance on the palate, showing a sense of sinewy substance, set against a lightly roasted bed of orchard fruits, with mineral veins and a bright acid vivacity.
