Pour l&#8217;occasion, un menu \u00e9toil\u00e9 orchestr\u00e9 par Christian Sinicropi (chef du restaurant La Palme d&#8217;Or) \u00e9tait propos\u00e9. Au menu : asperges violettes de Grasse cuisin\u00e9es sur un velours nacr\u00e9 aux notes de saveurs acidul\u00e9es et de parfum de fleurs d&#8217;amandier, truite de Valcluse mi-cuite aux copeaux de bonite s\u00e9ch\u00e9e aux notes fum\u00e9es de riz noir de Camargue. En dessert, \u00e9clats de noisettes caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es. Le tout \u00e9tait servi avec du champagne Telmont, un ch\u00e2teau d&#8217;Armailhac 2013 et un Opalie 2016.
