Plenty of saffron and vanilla from oak as well. Great depth and purity despite the multi-layered complexity.<br \/>Excellent botrytis flavours of marzipan and dried apricot. Palate flooding depth and sweetness (est. 135 g\/L) and breadth with a wonderful satin texture and length. I loved Coutet last year, and I love it again this.
