Butterscotch, ginger snaps, pineapples, candied orange and zesty lemons fill the nose. The palate is fresh, and lively, with a focus on its core of sweet yellow citrus and juicy pineapples. The wine blends 99% Semillon with 1% Sauvignon Blanc, and a drizzle of Muscadelle. Drink from 2027-2045. 93-95

Château Coutet (Cuvée Opalie) 2024: 92
Flowers, pineapples, green apples, and white peach skins pop in the nose. On the palate, the wine is crisp and fresh, leaving you with pineapples, lemon pith, and pomelo. This wine is quite racy in style. This is the first vintage to show its new label, and name. The wine is a blend of 53% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillon, and 7% Sauvignon Gris. Drink from 2026-2032. 92-92
