Château Coutet 2025: 91-93/100Toujours cette richesse maîtrisée et équilibrée par l’acidité. Si le panier de fruits confits, l’ananas frais et une touche miellée assurent le côté sphérique, la tension équilibrante se manifeste par un zeste d’écorce d’orange, et, en finale tout particulièrement, un trait de gingembre et de poivre blanc. Château Coutet 2025 : 91-93/100Les fleurs de tilleul déploient leurs parfums doux tandis que les fruits jaunes à noyau apportent leur juteux dans un bouquet sur la retenue. Très ronde, la bouche n’est que fruits compotés (abricot, mirabelle) et ananas rôti. La finale sans aucune lourdeur emporte l’adhésion. Ella Lister
